Acceptable use policy

Codexroom is built for legitimate brand and commercial work. This policy lists the activities that are forbidden on the platform.

1.Prohibited content

Content that is illegal under the law of Singapore (where Codexroom Pte. Ltd. is established) or under the law applicable to your jurisdiction.

Content that infringes third-party intellectual property.

Content that targets, threatens, or harasses an individual or a group.

Child sexual abuse material. We report this to the Singapore Police Force and the relevant authorities in your jurisdiction, and terminate the account.

2.Prohibited use

Reverse engineering the service for the purpose of building a competing product.

Attempting to bypass the tenancy boundary or access another customer's data.

Attempting to disable, weaken, or remove the watermarking layer of any share you receive.

Stress testing the service without prior written consent.

3.Security research

We welcome security research conducted under the responsible disclosure policy. Email security@codexroom.com before testing.

4.Reporting

Report violations to abuse@codexroom.com. We respond inside 24 hours on Singapore business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays).

5.Enforcement

Violations may result in suspension or termination of the account. Refunds are not provided for terminations under this policy.
