About
Why we built Codexroom.
The deck became the deliverable. The tools that make them never caught up. Codexroom is the system we wanted: one workspace that holds the brand, hands the agent the library, and watermarks every link.
The problem
The same three problems, in every firm we talked to.
The brand drifts. The 80-page guideline lives in a PDF. Every deck ships a copy of a copy of it, and nobody can say which copy is current.
The slide work eats the week. Associates, designers, partners, and reps lose hours every day to alignment, font fixes, and rebuilding the same chart for the third deck this quarter.
The leak risk is real. A confidential deal book or a pre-launch deck reaches the wrong inbox, and the trail goes cold the moment the file is forwarded.
The idea
Hold the brand in code. Hand the agent a typed library.
Your designers author the tokens, slot types, templates, and chrome that hold your brand. Codexroom versions every layer and audits every change, so a fix updates the system and the decks already in flight keep rendering the way they shipped.
Your agent connects over a scoped grant, reads that library, and composes inside your templates. The validation engine catches a drift before the deck ever leaves the workspace, and every share goes out as a watermarked link that knows who is reading.
The company
Built for the world that arrived in 2026.
Codexroom Pte. Ltd. is based in Singapore. We build presentation infrastructure for teams whose deck is the deliverable — the firms where the brand carries weight, the volume is high, and the audience is small enough that every leak matters.
